Following the creation of this blog allowing on line access to the updated catalogue, the original web pages http://www.philarz.net became obsolete. Over time, the original web site is bound to disappear. For collectors interested in understanding the origin of the information dispatched in the present catalogue, this page displays the blog pages and the document produced over the 25 years prior to the availability of the 2022+ catalogue. This section is divided in five parts:
- The Catalogue Quarterly Reports, complement to the 1998 Catalogue of Joint Stamp Issues (Volume 1 to 15) published on a quarterly basis between 1999 and 2001, and distributed to the members of the JSIS. These documents were available first in French and German, then in English. They were printed in black and white, format A4 folded in A5 booklets (these leaflets were never available on line before and are reproduced here in color, whenever possible)
- The Quarterly Reports (Volume 16 to 39), only in English, improvement of the Complement, published between 2002 and 2006 (A5 size booklets), distributed to all members of the JSIS time, and produced until the 2006 Catalogue of Joint Issues became available on line
- The 2006 Catalogue of Joint issues (English) – 500 samples were printed (a few remain available if interested)
- The Catalogue Supplements published on a yearly basis between 2007 and 2022 (English) until the 2022 Catalogue became available on line
- The pages of information from the first web site (http://www.philarz.net) that were filed in the News Archives. These pages were updated regularly between 2010 and 2020 (English) and archived in Quarterly pages. These pages were disabled in the meantime and the complete information is reproduced here only as pdf pages.
From 2022 on, the new catalogue became available, and the information added regularly is associated to the News pages of this new web pages and blog

From the above content, all information important for the catalogue have been introduced in it. The pages contain additional information about the history of the creation of issues, as well as supplementary illustrations such as original non-approved designs, or by-products, or non-approved issues, that were not relevant for the catalogue.
From 2021 on, this web site took over these pages with information provided now as a blog integrating the News pages.
The former web site contained also Quarterly pages describing the individual joint issues as complement of the 2006 pages. All these pages became the basis first of the catalogue supplements, then were integrated in the 2022 new catalogue. The information from these archive pages is outdated and there is no need to display them here as all of their content is dispatched (updated and corrected if needed) in the presently available catalogue.
The former web site which was available under the address http://www.philarz.net will soon be disabled from the screens, but will remain available through the Google Archives / Wayback Machine platform.
